Hello. After updating joomla 5, this problem occurs in the accommodations. Failed opening required '/home/dreamvillas/newsite.dreamvillas.gr/components/com_users/helpers/route.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php83/root/usr/share/pear')

Can you help me?

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Disable this plugin and check again. Besides, You need to contact with the Solidres Extension Provider.

Solidres - Channel Manager plugin

Best regards,

I can confirm.

Plugin "Solidres - Channel Manager" is not fully compatible with PHP 8.3 - that's why you have Deprecated error messages (!)

I also have this identical issue when trying to ug from SPPB 3.8.X to 5.X

Note I don't have the plugin mentioned above.

Joomla 4.4.10 on PHP 8.3.16

I have provided the details in Hidden Content

Pls advise? C

Chris, how you can have the same error not having that plugin from Solidres, hmm? First user here, had a problem with Accommodations from Solidres, not SPPB itself.

Please show me where you have it. More details/screenshot please. Yes, each case can be different.

Besides we don't support SP Page Builder 3.8.10 anymore.

Reproduction is only possible by attempting the install of SPPB 5.x.

access to /administrator is ok but the identical error is seen in the front end after the update.

if i reinstall SPPB Pro 3.x, the issue does not arise (or if i restore the pre-install backup)

Becuase your site is live (production), so I suggest to...

  1. Recover website backup on subdomain
  2. Then share access for me. I will look

Ok Paul

I tried again on the live site and saw more detailed errors with error reporting at max.

I have cloned the site as suggested. See info below.

Hope you find out the issue... I had this before on a different site!

And I hope for the "new clone" you used a different database or at least different prefix.

Thx for access, I will look deeper after lunch.

Done, you have SPPB Pro 5.4.6 and all pages that you had.

You can use that clone site as final site.

Finally, I note two ZIP files in /temp that are clearly not part of the std J build but all look like SPPB items.

What are these, what were they added for and do I need to keep them?

yes, I confirm - you can delete all files from /temp folder

in general all folders like /tmp or /temp - keeps only temporarry files, and sometimes Joomla forget to remove them ;)

In general was some work, removing and updating files manually.

Problematic was you upload php limit , brrr... most sites has 10MB or more, and you have(had) 2 or 3M only.
