Can You Use Easystore Without Prices (as Product Catalogue)

Our client is selling handheld barcode scanners. they don't want to sell online, just display their products. Would this be possible to use Easystore for this. not displaying prices and if you put products in the cart and "order" you are actually asking for a quote.
