Hi Rashida, I use the template Shaper Helix 3. I get the same configuration as explain in your link. But if "show intro text" is not active, the content of the article don't display. Only the title - meta data - and button Read More.

If Intro text is active, I see the text (characters numbers), but the text is formated in raw text, all HTML tags are delete.

This is not a bug. This is an expected behavior. Tags are cleaned so that the characters numbers option can work. Otherwise, it leads to the destruction of the layout, since characters numbers option break the tag.
