Easystore Order Number Reset

Hello,

how can i reset order reference after a test period ? i checked that the shop worked fine but for accounting reason i need to reset it. thanks

Hi

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for your issue. To reset an EasyStore order number in JoomShaper, you cannot directly change the order number as it is automatically generated by the system; however, you can effectively "reset" an order by deleting the existing order and creating a new one with the desired products and customer details, which will result in a new, unique order number being assigned.

if we suppose that 4 orders were created and i delete them... next order number will be 5 and i need number 1 again
