Just added some notes.

I am using Joomla 5.2 PHP 8.3 MySQL 8.0 sppagebuilder pro v5.5.0. I have the same problem. When I trigger a 404 error, the page shows the "Dynamic Content" property.

I had a custom 404 error page configured per the guidance at https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/create-a-custom-joomla-404-page-with-sp-page-builder, but after update Pagebuilder to 5.5.0, I now get the same "Dynamic Content" message you are reporting.

I checked my Joomla root directory > templates > shaper_helixultimate > error.php file, and see that the custom 404 code is gone. The SppB update must have replaced the error.php file with a default.

I reconfigured the error.php file, but still only get the "Dynamic Content" property page. Maybve the custom 404 page guidance no longer works. See https://www.certifiedinfosec.com/zdfgh.

Reinstalling 5.5.0 brought me back.

The patch did not resolve the issue. And I see that this morning the new update has not arrived. Do we have to go back to the previous save or will you find the solution ?

The patch com_sppagebuilder_pro_v5.5.1 did not resolve the issue.

We need some time to release this fix because the entire routing needs to be changed.

+1 latest issue does not work.

I was having the same issue but can confirm that updating Page Builder to 5.5.2 has fixed this.
