In general no, we offer to download old versions of templates.

But current version for J5 should fully work inside J4, the CMS core is almost the same. So you can install it.

Unfortunately, it is not supported by server has a smaller version mysql

You asked about template or quickstart?

Becuase template you can install on current Joomla 4.4.10 installation.

Please contact with Hosting Support and ask them for MySQL v8. This is standard, not a NEW feature. Or maybe you can use MariaDB 10.4.x instead.

• MySQL 8.0.4 - was released in Jan 2018 (7 years ago!)
• MySQL 8.0.13 - was released in Oct 2018 (minimum for J5.x)
• MySQL 8.0.20 - was released in April 2020 (5 years ago!)
• MySQL 8.0.30 - was released in July 2022 (3 years ago)
