Hello. I have already seen some colleagues who have a similar error to mine, but I did not want to interfere in case it could be a new case. Once I updated to version 5.5.0 or 5.5.1, I had an error in the installation, which tells me that the table 9695564_copia_historia_a3ebk_sppagebuilder_image_shapes, does not exist From that moment on, the backend and the front stop working with the following message Error: Class "JoomShaper\SPPageBuilder\DynamicContent\Services\CollectionsService" Not Found

Joomla: 4.4.10 PHP: 8.3.12

Please check if the issue on your site has been resolved.

I have removed three addons that were introduced in version 5.5.1 for dynamic content features, as you are not currently using version 5.5.1. These were removed from the components section.

I see that you have fixed the front end and I have just updated to version 5.5.1 correctly.

But I need to know what actions you have taken, since I have to move them to the Production environment and I also have 5 other websites that I am waiting to update the version and I do not want the same thing to happen to me again.

If you’re experiencing similar issues, navigate to your JRoot folder and follow this path:

JRoot Folder → components → com_sppagebuilder → addons

Inside the addons folder, you’ll find three addons that need to be deleted:

  1. dynamic_collection
  2. dynamic_text
  3. dynamic_image

These addons are related to Dynamic Content. Since you’ve reverted to SPPB v5.4.6 or an earlier version, you must manually delete them. Once removed, your issues should be resolved.
