How can I move (organize) the products within a collection? Or what factors determine the order?

Hi

Thanks for contacting us. Could you please explain it a bit more? Are you talking about product sorting? I mean sort items only by latest added or something like that?

-Regards.

When you create a collection, you add several products. These are then published randomly on the frontend. However, I can’t figure out what determines the order—for example, by ID or alphabetically.

My question isn’t that difficult, right? EasyStore > Collections > you add, for example, 5 products. How do I rearrange these products in a different order?

Hi

Please go to that admin panel and you can find out ID options. You can ordering ID orders from there.

That doesn’t change the order on the frontend, does it?

Not at all, you can change it from admin panel.

That’s exactly the issue. I would like to organize the products in the collection (on the frontend, from smallest to largest). How can I do that?

Sorry this option is not available. You have to set it from backend.

That’s exactly the question: how do I do this via the backend?
