Buy Pro Version

Hello! Today we bought the Pro version of the component and installed it on several websites. So this is the situation. On the websites where there were no previously installed component it works just fine (freshly installed). In some cases there already was a free version installed. We entered the license key to upgrade it to Pro version but nothing changed. All paid extentions are not working too. Please advice how should we handle this.

You have to install the pro version over the lite one, then put the license key.
You will get all related info there:
And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close. and then clear your browser and Joomla cache.
Most importantly, You have to copy the license key from your Joomshaper Dashboard. I have attached a screenshot for your ease:

Accepted AnswerThe key is inserted correctly. Did it many times. It works on one site, but does not work on another (scenar.com.ru). The cache has dropped and released the locks. It did not help.

The Lite version does not have PRO features, even with the license key inside. To use all PRO features, please:
Download and Install an SP Page Builder Pro version over the Lite version.
