Nectar Template - Top Main Menu Not Showing

hi, i am working on nectar template. i can see the menu in backend but it is not showing on frontend. can anybody help me out? I can't see the predefined header options on helix. thanks

followed the instruction by Toufiq. Attention!! Read Before Updating The Joomla V5.2.4 and it works for now-
