Hi Peter,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please make sure you have cleared all cache from the backend and also cleared your browser cache. If the issue persists even after that, we recommend checking your session settings in Joomla.

To investigate further, could you please provide admin access in hidden content? Also, before sharing access, kindly take a full backup of your site to prevent any data loss.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your reply. I have fixed your issue. The problem was caused by the Session Handler settings. I changed it to Database under System → Server and enabled the following options: • Track Session Metadata • Track Guest Session Metadata

Everything should be working fine now. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Best regards,

I appreciate your patience. I noticed that your site is showing as insecure because SSL is not installed. Could you please install an SSL certificate on your site to resolve this?

Additionally, I have installed Akeeba Backup and created a backup. However, I am unable to download it due to the missing SSL certificate. Could you please download the Akeeba backup file from your admin dashboard and share it with me?

Let me know once this is done. Thanks for your cooperation!
