I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. To clarify, the Popup Builder has never been included in SP Page Builder Lite (the free version); it has always been a feature of SP Page Builder Pro, which requires a paid subscription.

Similarly, the Dynamic Content feature is also part of the Pro version and has never been available in the free edition. If you need any further clarification or assistance, please feel free to reach out.

but I DO have the paid PRO version - and as far as I recall, it was a part om the Pagebuilder menu. But it´s not there now...

And now I found it in the "New Pages menu"

Yes, with the SP Page Builder 5.5.x update, the dashboard layout has been slightly adjusted, and the Popup Builder can now be found under the "New Pages" menu instead of the main Page Builder menu. you can checkout the documentation

If we talk about Pop-up feature it's still inside SP Page Builder Pro, as it was before. We only removed extra menu item, and list of popups are inside Pages list.
