Can't Create A New Module

PS

SP Page Builder 8 months ago

Hello. I am using SP Page Builder 5 Pro. For some reason when I try to create a new Module it doesn't save. I follow the instructions to save the module for editing but when I click the save button I am returned to the Module Page listing. searching for the new module doesn't help.

I am using the latest version of Joomla 5 on a Rockettheme Template.

Just to be sure that everything was as it should be I have performed a reinstallation of the SP Page Builder 5 Pro extension.

Would it be possible to take a backup of your site to test it in my local environment? This will allow me to troubleshoot and ensure everything functions correctly before making any changes to the live site.

Apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. I have investigated the issue and found that it is not related to any of Joomshaper's products. Upon review, it is not possible to create any modules, not just the SP Page Builder module.

However, I have identified the cause of the issue. It appears to be server-related. Since you are using a large number of modules, the server is unable to handle the load. I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and asking them to set the max_input_vars to 10000. This should resolve the issue.

Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.

Best regards

You were right. Once I changed the max_input_vars everything worked as it should.

Thank you so very much!!!

Best wishes.
