Easystore Recieve Notification Only After Payment Success

I am recieving notification once a client has ordered without payment. Is there an option to recieve notification only once the payment from the client is concluded sucessfully. thanks

Hi Delek,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you have disabled the "New Order Notification for Admin" option, you will not receive any email notifications when a new order is placed.

However, if the "Payment Success Notification" is enabled, customers will receive a "Payment Successful for Recent Order" email after a successful transaction.

You, as an admin, will not receive any email in this case.

I am recieving email notification everytime placed an order even without payment done succesfully. I need to recieve the confirmation mail only when the payment is done or i need to recieve the payment notification mail once payment is done.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

To ensure you receive notifications only after a successful payment, please update your EasyStore to the latest version. Once updated, follow these steps:

  1. Go to EasyStore Settings
  2. Navigate to Email Notification
  3. Turn off the option: New Order Notification for Admin
  4. Turn on the option: Payment Received – Order Successfully Placed tinyurl.com/28wxrn5w

With these settings, you'll receive notifications only when the client has completed the payment successfully.
