Request Failed With Status Code 500

Hi, I've tried to restore my website from a backup, but now I get the error in the subject on every page with page builder, even in the backend. The backend remains accessible. Uninstalling or reinstalling the component doesn't solve the problem.

Joomla is ver. 3.10 - PHP 7.44 - SP Page builder 5.5.2

I've found that other people in this forum had similar errors solved by sending a site backup to let you solve the problem... In hidden content a link to download my actual backup.

Hello,

I checked your website and noticed that it’s running an outdated Joomla version, and your PHP version is 7.4. To use the latest SP Page Builder (v5.5.1 or 5.5.2), you need to upgrade your Joomla installation and ensure that you’re using at least PHP v8.1 at least, as your current setup does not meet our technical requirements.

Please update both your Joomla and PHP versions to ensure compatibility and optimal performance with the latest SP Page Builder.

I'll try to do that... the fact is that the actual state of the site is from a backup of the working site I tried to restore after a failure in upgrading to joomla 4 and php 8.4.
I' ll try again the upgrade, but I doubt I'll solve the actual problem that way. I'll let you know as soon asI'l be able to try. ... Update: problem solved upgrading php after removing some old extensions. Thanks for the attention!

My host still doesn't have PHP 8 available and after trying to revert my version of SP Page Builder I'm getting this error : Class 'JoomShaper\SPPageBuilder\DynamicContent\Services\CollectionsService' not found

Any ideas how I can get back to the older version for now?

Joomla version 4.4.11

Please, navigate to your JRoot folder and follow this path:

JRoot Folder → components → com_sppagebuilder → addons

Inside the addons folder, you’ll find three addons that need to be deleted:

dynamic_collection

dynamic_text

dynamic_image

These addons are related to Dynamic Content. Since you’ve reverted to SPPB v5.4.6 or an earlier version, you must manually delete them. Once removed, your issues should be resolved.
