I'm sorry I actully didn't explain good enough.

In SP Page builder I have a section.
The section has an element image. Below the element image there is a Feature Box. I made a link called Stewardship under the general settings. I would like to add the a page called Stewardship Primates Message so when the cursor goes over Stewardship the Stewardship Primate Message shows.

Just like the regular menu. Is that possible?

Sort of ... can be by using Modal addon. So if you'd click a button or image, popup with text box can be displayed.

but it must be clicked, not hover.

To have Text after hover by mouse that element needs TITLE="Text" tag, for example, Image addon has it.
