Hello linda,

Apologies for the inconvenience. The issue is due to a recent syntax change in Joomla 5.2.4. Kindly provide administrator access so I can resolve it for you. Before proceeding, please ensure you have taken a full backup of your site.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. Let me know once access is granted.

Best regards

Apologies for the delayed response, as it was the weekend. It seems that the menu structure may have changed. I have not seen this menu functioning before. Kindly try the following link and let me know if it works for you in the hidden content area.

Best regards

Thanks for the link. However, the issue of images not showing still persist, there are categories in the same link e.g. k-12 school and others that have a blog media image uploaded and still images are not showing..

Apologies for the inconvenience. The issue is caused by the Joomla 5.2.4 update, which introduced syntax changes affecting image display. To resolve this, please re-upload the featured images for the affected articles, and the images should appear correctly.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.
