Switching E Store Platforms

Hello everyone.

I've been with eShop for 10 years and have always experienced transaction issues not completing once redirected to the Paypal page. About 10% of the attempted purchases just say processing and never complete. I've lost easily over $150000 US in sales.

I'd like to move to EasyStore and would like to know the best way to make the switch painless. I have over 450 products. I'd also use a template like Orbit.

Thank you. I'd like to rebuild the site from scratch with the same domain inorder to eliminate any possible issues. I can't have down time and risk messing up the current site.
