Module Add On Won't Save Or Display

I'm trying to insert a module into SP Page builder, but it will neither show nor save if I leave the page and come back to it. The module is ARI Image Slider. The reason I'm using this instead of a page builder slider is because the client has a huge number of images uploaded to a folder specifically to show here. Any thoughts as to why this might be happening?

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. I have checked the module addon, And it works fine. You should check first Joomla default module. If the Joomla default module perform fine then you should contact your extension provider.
