Company Logo Not Displaying On Website

Hello,

I recently updated my company logo, but unfortunately, it is not appearing on my website (www.primarytours.com). To troubleshoot, I attempted to revert to the previous logo as well as the default template logo, but none of them are displaying.

Interestingly, my updated favicon appears correctly, so the issue seems to be specific to the logo. I’m unsure whether this is related to Helix Ultimate 2.1.2, SP Page Builder Pro 5.5.2, or Joomla 5.2.5.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hello Mehtaz,

I just realized that even my top menu is missing. I read about the work around suggested by Toufiq about Joomla v5.2.4 update and followed this suggestion. Now I can see my top menu and company logo. I think this issue is also affecting Joomla v5.2.5 which am now using.

Hello Pavel,

Thank you for your prompt response. I attempted to clear the JCH Optimize cache again, but the issue persists. Also, cleared the cache in Joomla, still the same.

I would appreciate any further guidance you can provide.
