Hi. Turn it ON in Joomla Global Configuration > System tab

By the way, using an email as a Super User login is a very bad idea from a security standpoint. Come up with a complex login that includes a variety of different characters. The same applies to the password.

Hello,

To resolve the issue, I recommend checking the admin dashboard in Joomla to ensure that your user permissions are correctly set for your Superuser account. This will help ensure you have access to the necessary features.

Please note that this issue is not related to SP Page Builder or the Helix template. It seems to be related to how your Joomla site is managed and the settings configured there.

Best regards,

Hello Ziaul, I have superuser administrator rights I can manage all applications on the backend Since I created the Helix login I can no longer log in and edit on the frontend because when I log in to the frontend I get an "edit profile" page and I'm not allowed in here because my email already exists. I don't want this page, I didn't create it, it came with the Helix login, I can't turn it off either, and logging out is also not possible.

Best Ingrid

Please, read this blog: https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/sp-page-builder-v5-1-9

Also, in you can manage redirection url after login, Go to your login menu, You will see Menu Item Login Redirect in options tab.

Thanks.

I found it. I have disabled all privacy policies. Now I can edit on the frontend again.
