Does anyone else pretty much every time trying to update PB get this?

Error connecting to the server: 403 Before updating ensure that the update is compatible with your Joomla! installation. You are strongly advised to make a backup of your site's files and database before you start updating.

It's like 99.9% of the time, Joomshaper, why?

Hello PhoenixGB,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. Rest assured, I will look into this issue for you and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Which was your previous version of SP Page Builder? I will investigate and share the issue with the developer team. They will fix it wherever possible. If you are using SP Page Builder 5 versions, then there should be no update warnings.

Best regards

I have checked with the same version but could not get the issue. License key was set on the settings and update works normally. However, you can manually install the latest version anytime without any problem. You may check out the screencast in the hidden content.

"If you are using SP Page Builder 5 versions, then there should be no update warnings."

So u don't know why it's happening?

Could it be something to do with my IP (unlikely as I have had multiple service providers over the years across multiple countries).

Can u investigate further please?

Sure, I will check with the developer team about the issue. Unfortunately, the team is on a holiday. I will update you after a week.
