Some facts:

• SPPB don't have table named prefix_tuf_metadata
• Templates in Joomla also have different table names.

So it must be from different extension, not ours. Or Joomla bug itself, sorry. Try running Joomla Database fixer.

Noted; but the template is indigo which is a Joomshaper Template and it has been the same template for years.

As I said before, It cannot be from template, becuase templates (ALL) use prefix_template_style and prefix_templates tables, and only that.
