Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

Unfortunately, we do not have any option for settings Background Video on the website body. You can set Backgroud Image. Go to Template Options -> Basic -> Body and turn on Box Loader. Then you can set a Custom Background Image for the body. Here is the documentation:
