Hi there!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To assist you more effectively, may I kindly request temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to thoroughly investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Also please provide your hosting access.

Before sharing the credentials, I strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to ensure all data remains secure.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

Hi Erinino,

For sure you can use PHP 7.4, but to use PHP 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3 you have to upgrade Joomla 3 to Joomla 4.4. Becuase old Joomla don't support those PHP versions.

Sorry, but as you know support of Joomla 3.10 offcially ended 2 years ago.

If you are site owner consider CMS upgrade first (!) And I am surprised you didn't do it earlier, this site is commercial and by using an old version of the CMS you expose website to hacking attacks. If you are webmaster - tell client that it must be done asap, and extra paid service.

and yes, this same would be with Windows 10 in October this year. No more updates, support etc.

Hi, ok thanks for your answer, I manage my own website and i'm quite a beginner in joomla but i'm learning. I knw I have to update joomla first but in order to do so, it tells me to update php first, that's when i get the error mentionned. I put access to my website administration and hosting in hidden content. I have already done a full backup in case.Thank you again for your help, I appreciate!

With PHP 7.4 you should be able to use Joomla 4.x (I mean also upgrade J!). Sorry but According to JoomShaper Support Policy - forum support do not include CMS upgrade process. Besides you have K2 component that is not supported anymore by its developer, so extra migration is needed.

I will look, but in 99% cases it's cache issue or missing/wrong License key.

Look here, you can use all addons

You can also load & import page themes

About Predefined Rows/Sections - let me think... it may take some time.

But in the meantime - You can work on SPPB, edit pages , adding content etc.

For 10 minutes - Turn off (disable) mod_security from cPanel (hosting settings), wait 3 minutes check SPPB again. If you have other (similar) security module enabled, also disable that. And let me know after.

And switch to PHP 8.2 (for few minutes) and test again as well.

Do you have different hosting (not OVH) where you can test site backup?
