Error On Install

Just got SP-Pro. On installation I get this error: JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Table 'dbs1#######.psest5_sppagebuilder' doesn't exist
Seems the installer is not creating the database tables.

Accepted AnswerSince the site is fairly new, I simply created a new Joomla instance. This time I installed SP Builder before I installed Akeeba Admintools. The installation was, as I expect from you guys, flawless. We can consider this closed.
