Joomla 3.10 is not supported anymore, and you installed SPPB 5.x that was developed mostly for Joomla 4 and Joomla 5. Yes, we informed about that in SPPB documenation.
I had to install you older version of SPPB 5.4.6 to fix it - only that version can still work inside old J! 3.10(!)
