IS there a possibility to change the proportion of the thumbnails in easystore?
My Images will be cropped...

In the meantime, you can use custom CSS as a workaround to adjust the image proportions.

If i open it with lightbox thexy will be ok

The issue seems to stem from the design concept — specifically how products are displayed. Additionally, your product images are inconsistent in size and orientation, which contributes to the problem.
Please try displaying the products in a standard layout first not in a slideshow. Once that’s done, I’ll be happy to assist you with some custom CSS to help improve the image presentation.
