You can remove the meta tag by commenting it out in the following file: JROOT/plugins/system/helixultimate/src/Core/HelixUltimate.php

However, please note that this change will be lost if you update Helix Ultimate in the future. For a permanent solution, it’s best to override the functionality. I recommend hiring a developer to help you implement this safely.
