Probably the problem is not that the icon is missing, but that it has the same color as the background (white-white). In that case use following Custom CSS and check again:

.burger-icon > span {background-color: purple; }

Templates > Stratos > Template Options > Custom Code (tab) > Custom CSS

No, it doesn't seem like that, but if you like, I can give you private access so you can check.

And also, if you can help me, why does the footer look like this? Likewise, all I've done is install Joomla and then add the Stratos template.
