Stratos Template - SP Page Builder Won't Save?

SP Page Builder 3 months ago

Hello everyone. Having an issue where it appears that the SP Page builder does not seem to save any changes to the template.

Here's what's happening. I'm at hostinger, created a blank site. Downloaded, then uploaded the Sttratos Quick Start, Installed, created my user account, turned on MFA, Ran all the updates successfully and started editing using the SP Page Builder. Every time I try to save a simple text change, the Save button spins and nothing happens. It literally never saves anything.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Guys - I have resolved the ticket by simpyl switching to a different template. The Wimble template and included quick start does not seem to have this issue.

Also, I noticed that the Helix Framework itself, the free template you supply also does not seem to have the issue. I downloaded and tried several templates, all from scratch and all using the 'quickstart' version. I would imagine that if I installed Helix by itself, then the template things might work better.

I had sent the document attached to an email to [email protected] yesterday.

We can close this ticket, but I strongly recommend you find the document I created (also sent again), review it and follow my steps to recreate the issue for your own internal testing and troubleshooting.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best Regards,

Please see the below account details - and thanks for the help.

Also, while you're in there, there are 3 Post Installation Messages that I can't seem to find. :|

I’ve tested your site on my local environment, and everything appears to be working as expected.

Please try disabling ModSecurity or any firewall rules that might be blocking the request. Additionally, clear the site cache from cPanel.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting your hosting provider for further assistance.

Thank you.

I believe that it works in your lab, but it's still not working in mine and I'd like you to help with that. Can you try making a change on my side. Something simple so we can test to see if the site works.

Also, what is the version of Joomla that you are running. I am running 5.31 here. Could this be happening because I've updated Joomla? Tell you what, it's not production, so I'll blow it away here in a few minutes and start over from scratch, using the version that came with the Joomla version that the template comes with.

Hang tight...

I have completely deleted everything and reinstalled a fresh brand new Joomla site and I am still having the same issues. I really need someone to help me figure this out today.

I put several hours into this. I have submitted a full step-by-step document to highlight the issues that I found with the quickstart version of the template. Also, I have confirmed as of this morning that none of those issues are present with the Helix Ultimate QuickStart version.

I am currently testing the newest artolio template.

Hi Michael,

Could you please let us know where you submitted the full step-by-step document?

Did you try to turn off/disable ModSecurity for testing purposes?

Best regards,
