Hello, I have latest version of Fixter template and Helix Ultimate and SPPB on my website. When I reload homepage, the rows are not loading in sequence. For some seconds, second row shows and then the slider appears on top of it! It seems that slider loads with delay. Would you please help me.

Hello Mohsen Khosravi,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

It looks like the slideshow is taking longer time to load. You can enable Preloader on the Template Options -> Basic -> Body settings. Then there will be a delay before everything loads perfectly. Try it and let me know the result. You may follo the documentation:

Helix Ultimate Body Settings

Best regards

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. Your solution doesn't solve the problem because it occures a big amount of LCP. I have found that the problem is not just for Slider, when I reload pages, the header and footer loads first, then main body loads and I need to fix this.

Best regards, Mohsen

Hi, thanks for your answer. I have attached the login informaton in Hidden Content. For your information, there is JCH Optimized Pro installed on the website. With or without the extension, the problem exists.

Please check your site loading now. I have inserted the necessary CSS to Custom CSS so that it loads first. I have also changed index.php file and turned off JCH Optimize.
