Loading Screen Issues On Mobile.

I am using 5.5.7 and the loading screen on mobile phones just spins on some pages. https://mainstreamcorporation.com/dev3/ventkits - for example.

Sometimes the pages load. Then you hit refresh, and it just spins the loading page.

Can I shut the loading screen off? and How?

Yes, you can disable the loading screen in Helix Ultimate. Here’s how:

  1. Go to your Joomla Administrator Panel.
  2. Navigate to Templates > Styles.
  3. Open the style for Helix Ultimate.
  4. Under the Basic tab, find the Body -> Preloader option.
  5. Disable it and save your changes.

After that, the loading screen should no longer appear.
