I have not found any issue with the Preset colors. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup before sharing.

Sorry, I could not trace the issue. On my end, it works fine on Joomla 5. Please update your site to at least Joomla 4 and then check the issue.

In fact, there's a realy big problem with the support by Joomshaper when the websites are allready in Jommla 3... It's not possible to work like that. This website where developped under Joomla 3 and goes well. I don't change anything on the website... Just discover that there's not good color now.

Joomla 3 is obsolete now and Joomla 4 will be out of support on October 14, 2025. I would recommend you to upgrade to Joomla 4 and eventually Joomla 5. This will be better for the site performance.
