Custom HTML RAW - SUBMIT FORM ERROR

Hello, I used to use a contact form for reservation purposes, which was added to the website by sp page builder via custom html raw code. In the last days, when I try to submit the form I am getting an error: https://submit.form was not found. The code I use is 100% correct, as I am using it also on another joomla website without the sp page builder installed. Do you know what may cause this issue and how may I correct it?

Hi,
Or use your code inside HDAnyCode module and publsh in module position first - then if it would work use inside Module addon.
