Did you try any other browser also along with the incognito mode, as I requested earlier?
It's more likely some sort of caching issue of your chrome browser, as you confirmed incognito mode works.
Clear Browser Cache:
Your browser may still be showing a cached version of the page. Try:

Hard refresh (Ctrl + F5 or Cmd + Shift + R)

How to Deep Clear Cache in Chrome
🔸 Step 1: Open Clear Browsing Data
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac)
This opens the "Clear browsing data" window
🔸 Step 2: Choose What to Clear
In the popup:
Under the "Basic" tab:
Time range: Select "All time"
Check:
✅ Cookies and other site data
✅ Cached images and files
Optional: Browsing history (only if you want to remove it)
(Optional: Go to the Advanced tab for deeper clearing)
Check:
✅ Site Settings
✅ Hosted app data
✅ Media licenses (if relevant)
Passwords/autofill data — uncheck unless you want those cleared too
🔸 Step 3: Clear and Restart
Click "Clear data"
Close all tabs/windows of Chrome
Restart Chrome fully
🔄 Force Reload Without Cache
After clearing cache, visit your Joomla site and do a hard reload:
Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac)
