Bundle Cannot Downloaded In Fresh Joomla Installation

Hello, I have a fresh Joomla intallation.Installed: SP Page Builder, RSFirewall, Akeena Backup. I create a new page in SP Page Builder and tried to install the start page of the wedding bundle. I always get an error: something went wrong. The error message doesn't provide more details On my main domain woks everything fine. I compared the setings and their are all equal. SSL certificate is running for the subdomain. Any hint what I need to check? I tried to find a solution in your forum / documentation with no success.

Hi there!

Sorry for your experience.

Please recheck your email address and license key in the SPPB settings. The email doesn't seem to have an account with us. Please make sure you entered the JoomShaper associated email address there and the correct license key also.

Hi, sorry. I used the wrong e-mail. Correct one is in hidden content.I corrected this in the license settings and it works now! Many thanks
