Hi

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for your issue. Could you please keep a full site backup and try the new version of page builder in PHP 8.2 or php 8.3? Then clear your joomla cache and check.

-Regards.

Thank you,

I changed PHP 8.4 to 8.3. But, unfortunately, it appears that the problem persists. When change to PHP 8.2 site couldn't open both of front page or back page. Problem still persists.

Hi,

Apologies for the inconvenience you're experiencing. The issue you're facing may be related to a mismatch in the database structure

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

Update the database structure by navigating to System > Maintenance > Database in your Joomla backend and clicking the “Update Structure” button if prompted prnt.sc/wbEs3rtFFiFa. Reinstall the latest version of SP Page Builder Pro by downloading it from the following link: SP Page Builder Pro - Latest Version This should resolve the issue.

Hi, I haven't updated my sppb5 to version 5.6.1 yet, but I see some 500 error messages being reported.

I have Joomla 5.3.1 - PHP 8.4 - SPPB 5.5.7

Is it safe to update with the previous configuration or not?

It was problem with SPPB 5.6.0 update on PHP 8.1 and below. But it was fixed in SPPB 5.6.1. But if you have PHP 8.4 in theory should be OK. Just remember to clear cache (J! & Browser.

I tested only on PHP 8.3, I don't have 8.4 yet on my host should be soon.
