it's about the homepage video on the phone it doesn't appear and firefox when sound is on doesn't either. if people have to turn on sound themselves that's ok as long as it works on the devices.

From my end our video product addon works as expected, Please, go to your home page -> edit it using backend editor -> video addon -> click on upload video, In here please upload into video directory, then insert from here.

Also, after checking your site, I see that Your site loading time is a bit slower, It's takes time to load.

Please, let me know, If issues still persists, after follow these steps.

ok tnx, i will try that. only i have to increase upload size. or can i put that mp4 somewhere with ftp

have now uploaded the mp4 via video. but if I have mute video off then I have film and sound in chrome but in other browsers nothing happens. if I turn mute on then I have video in firefox and edge but can not turn on sound. do get image in image or something. and on the phone nothing happens either

To control a muted video (i.e., to unmute it), you need to enable “Show Controls.” Without visible controls, it’s not possible to manage playback from the frontend.

By default, Firefox blocks videos from playing with sound. You’ll need to manually allow it in the tab settings—please refer to the attached screenshot.

Also, in the current setup, if both loop and autoplay are enabled in the video settings, autoplay may not work as expected, In that case, You need to mute the video, It's browser standard.
