Image Rescaling Not Correct On IPad

Hello,

on my website frontpage, in SP Page Builder Pro I have created rows for desktop view (hidden on tablet/mobile) and rows for mobile view (hidden on desktop).

While the correct rows (mobile) are shown on my mobile phone, the desktop versions are shown on my iPad Pro in landscape mode.

Please note: In the PageBuilder frontend editor, the simulation is correct (rows for mobile on tablet and mobile are shown), but on my real device it is incorrect.

Please see the following images for details:

Image 1 shows how it looks like on my tablet (iPad Pro). Image 2 (taken from PC) shows how it SHOULD look like on a tablet.

Image 1: https://paste.pics/15b9ed691fadf08f21c4f3389b8fac04

Image 2: https://paste.pics/67bfbda287a1baa42cc2f4f378f4fbd8

There seems to be something wrong with the CSS breakpoints and the image scaling. The images seem to not be scaled correctly due to the high resolution of the device.

Please advise.

Thanks, Ben

Hi,

the URL where I have this issue is https://www.ipkgmbh.de.

Please note that it looks good on PC and in the mobile simulation of SP Page Builder frontend edit. The problem shows up on my real device (iPad Pro 11", 2388x1688 screen resolution).

Thanks, Ben

Maybe it is okay on your side, but unfortunately it is NOT okay on my side.

I am getting this answer from your side now since weeks, also in the old ticket. This is not what I expect from a professional support organization.

Please read my initial post again, you seem to not have done this. Your screenshot seems to be from am mobile phone in portrait mode, I am clearly referring to a tablet in landscape mode.

For your reference, I have added another screenshot from another tablet in hotizontal mode here: https://i.paste.pics/BE3GL.png (This is coming from the page https://www.ipkgmbh.de/jobs)

Please analyze the issue and follow up.
