Issue With Form

Hello,
We are using the SP Page Builder forms. When someone submits the form, an email is sent to us. We submitted the form on 06/06/25 but the email was not sent to us, although other emails were sent.
After investigating we found out that there is no problem with our email system or with our web hosting where our website is hosted. So, that means that the issue resides on the form.
We are in joomla 4.4.13 right now and in SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.10 Is there maybe a bug in the form in this version? Is there a way to check if an error was occured because of the form?
