SP Page Builder Doesnt Allow Me To Use Pro Features

I am unable to use the pro features of SP Page Builder. I followed the directions to clear cache etc but that did not fix the issue

Please make sure you have used the correct Email address, which is associated with JoomShaper account and the correct license key which is located in your dashboard. Then Clear your Joomla and Browser cache then check. It should work.

I have done this. This happened once before shortly after install and that fixed it. It happened again several days ago and I followed the documentation again and it doesnt work. I have tried other browsers and done everything listed.

Did you check your email address thoroughly? It seems that several users mainly encountered this issue because they entered an incorrect email address.
