That seems article introtext. You should find it within your respective Joomla article create page in the Joomla editor. However, you can change it's color with the help of the following code snippet in your custom CSS:

.article-introtext {
    color: white;
}

If you want all introtext color to be changed. If you want only the leading article intro text color, then let me know. I will provide the necessary CSS.
