SP Page Builder 5 months ago

I can access my pages in the admin console, however, I cannot edit any page. I get this error repeatedly: 0 Call to undefined method Lodash::generateTransformCss(). I tried to upload the zip again but that errors out as well. I believe something happened when I tried to update SP Pagebuilder but that errored out and was partially installed. I'm not sure, but I really need to be able to edit my pages. Can someone help please? Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best Regards,

The issue you’re encountering appears to be related to the database structure of SP Page Builder. I recommend updating both SP Page Builder and the Helix Ultimate framework to their latest stable versions. This should resolve the database mismatch issue you’re seeing.

Important: Before performing any updates, please ensure you take a complete backup of your website and database to prevent any data loss.

Feel free to let us know once the update is complete, or if you need any assistance during the process.

Best regards,

The issue is that I tried to update SP Pagebuilder and that's what caused the issues. It partially updated instead of just cancelling the update once it found an issue upon install. I created all the pages using 4.0.11 build. If I try to update to the latest, it will break again. For now, I have the front end working, but I just can't modify any of the pages. If I update the Helix framework, would that resolve it? I'm afraid to touch any of the updates because it may break the site again. Please let me know. I made a backup, however, I'm still hesitant because an update attempt last time with SP pagebuilder caused the issue. Do I update Helix first? Please advise.

I apologize for the delayed response.

I have taken a backup of your site and updated the SP Page Builder on my local PC. Everything is working as expected.

Please take a backup of your site and test the update in a staging environment first. If everything looks good, you can follow the same process on your live site.

Thanks!
