Shopping Cart Icon

Hello again. I can't seem to get the shopping cart icon to show up.

What position should it be in on the "Easystore Cart Icon" module?

Other than the module, is there anywhere else it has to be turned on?

Thanks!

Hello Lorvar,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To adjust the cart icon on your shop, you can create a module and assign it to the desired position.

Could you please provide temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can securely share the credentials using the hidden content section. We also recommend taking a full backup of your site before any changes are made.

Once I have access, I’ll review the setup and provide a suitable solution.

Best regards,

Hello, info provided. It works in the "menu" position, but not in mobile view like your template here

Thank you

Maybe try "menu" if your template is based on Helix Ultimate.

For mobile view indeed, more efford is needed.

You can add it inside Mobile menu >> https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/menu-navigation#module-positions-inside-the-mobile-menu

I don't want it hidden inside the menu, I want it to show like the demo here https://demo3.joomshaper.com/2023/allura/index.php/shop

In allura template in header there are 3 columns. You should be able to create similar layout - Custom Header (Read Helix guide about that) with logo, menu, top3

and in top3 publisj cart module. Remember about grid in Mobile, all can be set from settings.

couldn't figure it out.

But what was still wrong?

Maybe I will create a basic video guide that may help.

I finally did what you said (watched the video), but it shifts things. Logo and cart indicator are right at the top, while the menu goes lower, it's not horizontally aligned together. Refresh rates are terrible also so I'm always chasing my tail if the change was made or not. I've attached a screenshot
