[Locked] Menu Item Doesn't Work

I have a menu-item in my MAIN menu. It is pointing to a page (and have always worked like this before) At the same time it has a "sub mega-menu" which works fine
But now the page wont open when the link is used directly (in the main menu). It can still be opened via indirect links (from other pages etc.)

Accepted AnswerI can browse all your menu items and submenu items just like that.
Maybe ask your friends to check on their laptop(s) too.
Tip for others:
- Download Helix Ultimate again.
- Reinstall
- Clear Joomla cache, especially cached JavaScript files.
- Clear browser cache.

Accepted AnswerOK, it's working again. I made a backup, then cleared the Joomla and browser cache.

Accepted AnswerSad to say it, but my menu still doesn't work. Have installed both template and plugin, emtied all cache - and repeated it all twice
... still the same
