Off-Canvas Menu Doesn't Display Sub Menu Items

Hello,

I had some problem with the off-canvas menu, since it doesn't display submenu items. I already setted as maximum level "all" in menu component and template, but still can't see the submenu.

Can someone help me please?

Which template you are using, please?

However, would you please toggle the option again and clear Joomla and browser cache each time?

I mean please go to modules/Offcanvas/ select hide ->then save -> Show then save

John, I had the same problem on my site. Another forum responder helped me identify a series of 3-5 simple fixes that finally resolved the problem. See my summary at the end of this forum post:

Hope that's helpful! My dropdowns in the off canvas menu work great now in Helix 2 - but it took applying these fixes. Fixed my 2nd site in less than 5 minutes doing so. Hope this helps you!
