Forms Not Working On Dynamic Content Pages

Hi,

I noticed the form addons do not work on the dynamic content pages. The contact form gets an error. And the form builder says there's a required field not filled, but all of them are correct.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Please check the screenshot.

Also, make sure you’ve received a test email using the Send Test Mail function under the Server tab in Global Configuration.

Best regards,

Hi,

I don't receive the emails from my subdomains because they are not configured for this in cloudflare, I don't need them to be, but they are succesfuly sent. However, the forms send the emails as long as the error reporting is disabled in the global configuration.

But the main problem persists. As you can see, the form from the contact page is sending the email, you can see the Success message appears. While the form from the dynamic content page throws an error when sending.

You can also enable or add the Form Builder addon on the Dynamic Content page. You will see you get the error to fill the required field, even if you don't have any required fields.

It seems for me you are avoiding the true topic, I hope this is just my feeling.

I already said I don't receive emails from subdomains because I am using Cloudflare and I don't need it configured to receive emails from subdomains. This is not the point. The point is the form is successfuly sending emails on a normal sppb page, but it fails to do so on a dynamic content page.

This issue is not happening only on my server, it also happens on another one and on my local installation, it's not a server side issue. Try it for yourself, show me you can use any form addon on a dynamic content page. You will see you can't.

That is the point. You have to make sure that your Joomla Email service has to be work. Then i can confirm the mail function of Page Builder. Thanks

That is not the point and you know it very well. Why is the form working on the contact page and not in the dynamic content page? It's the same form, the same settings.

It seems you are avoiding the truth. Try it for yourself, as I said, try on your server.

Better yet, try the form builder addon: https://travil.windstripedesign.ro/tours/tour-style-01/explore-the-bustling-streets-and-temples-in-bangkok

You see it says a required field is not filled, so this has nothing to do with receiving emails.

But the same form builder on a normal sppb page: https://travil.windstripedesign.ro/pages/faqs

The email is succesfully sent.

You can do that if you want. Or you can test this on any website as it is the same thing.

After investigation i have got one lead that if i use my Website Email address then it works. Otherwise, it doesn't work Joomla default mail or contact form mail. Allow me more time, Please.

It's alright, I just want you to acknowledge the issue. Maybe it can be fixed in future updates, I don't expect a solution right away, I can apply temporary fixes.

No, it's not working on dynamic content pages (see hidden content)

You miss my topic. I said from the start that the form is WORKING on normal sppb pages, like the one from your link, but it is NOT WORKING on dynamic content pages.

I mentioned this from the very first post, I guess you missed it.

*You can check the pages for yourself. As you can see, the contact form works on the contact page, which is a default sppb page

However, the same contact returns an error on the dynamic content page

Same happens for the form builder addon.*
