SP Page Builder - Contact Form Will Not Send

I have filled in all the information required for the form to send such as:

  1. Recipient Email my email address
  2. From Name my business name
  3. From Email my email address Show Phone Field (hidden) Send a copy to sender (hidden)

The form still does not send. What am I missing?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

The issue appears to be caused by RSForm or another form-related extension on your site. Please try temporarily disabling those extensions and then test the SP Page Builder contact form again.

The Page Builder form works wih BA Forms turned off, and RS Forms enabled.

BA Forms is used on dozend of pages throughout the website. Are there any suggestions for me as to what I can do to get BA Forms and the Page Builder form to work with both enabled?
