Setting A Static Module At The Bottom Of The Page

Best regards

I'm trying to publish a WhatsApp module, and the module creators recommended using the debug option. It seems to work. The module is this one (I hope you don't mind posting the following link):

https://demo.templateplazza.com/joomla/index.php/whatsapp-multi-agent

However, when publishing the module in the debug option, the site becomes extremely slow. Is there a way from Helix Ultimate to publish the static module at the bottom of the page without having to use the debug option?

I don't know if the slowness of the site when publishing said module is due to the module itself or the debug option.

Thank you very much for your kind collaboration.
